BBC Club Boat Slips, Inc. owns and operates the docking facility on the northeast perimeter of the Bonita Beach Club. The docking facility consists of a social pier and 34 individual boat slips. Ownership of the use rights to the slips are exclusively available to BBC owners.
BBC owners can purchase the exclusive use rights to a slip in the docking facility and will own same subject to the BBC Club Boat Slips, Inc.’s By-Laws and Rules and Regulations, as each may be amended from time to time and subject to the current and any future Submerged Lands Lease(s) and Easement(s) from the State of Florida for the submerged land upon which the docking facility is located.
