BBC has a shared bike and kayak community program.
This program is open to owners, their family, guests and renters. EACH person signed up needs to have registered in the office, paid the applicable program fees and signed a waiver form.
There is an entry fee with the annual fee when signing up. After that there is an annual renewal fee invoiced in October.
Bike program – Entry fee $50, Annual fee $25 – so the initial cost is $75/per-person
Kayak program – Entry fee $75, Annual fee $25 – so the initial cost is $100/per-person

Use is a half-day period; either morning for 4 hours or afternoon for 4 hours.
The bikes and kayaks are available on a first-come first-served basis without a reservation. Reservations can be made up to 2 months in advance by contacting the Office.
When you want to use the bike or kayak, the office staff verify your participation and availability of the equipment.

Registration & Waiver – must be signed by each user. Come to the office to join the program or print these forms and bring them with the fee.
