LOCATION/HOURS & AGE REQUIREMENT
The Fitness Room is in the E building.
Hours: Jan-Apr and Nov-Dec 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Management may find it necessary to adjust these hours of operation at its discretion.
Hours: May-Oct 7:00 a.m. until dusk. This is turtle season and minimizing light emission is enforced.
Only persons who are 18 years of age or older are permitted in the fitness room.
GENERAL RULES OF USE
First Come, First Use, however, please be mindful of your time and those around you that may be waiting to use the same equipment or change the TV channel.
300lb MAX weight of users based on various equipment specifications.
Everyone using the fitness room is responsible for their general safety, equipment use safety, and conduct of themselves and their minors.

TV – 2 (one on each side of the room)
Treadmills – 4 (up to a 15% incline and 12mph, 27 programmed workouts)
Peloton Bike – 1 (spin cycling with BBC subscription, owners can set up their unique profiles)
Elliptical Bike – 1 (stair stepper type cycling, 20 resistance levels, 15 programmed workouts)
Recumbent Bike – 1 (your legs are horizontal to the floor, 25 resistance levels, 12 programmed workouts)
Octane Bike – 1 (a combination of elliptical and recumbent bikes, 30 resistance levels, 14 programmed workouts)
Rowing Machine – 1 (10 resistance levels, 6 programmed workouts)
All-in-1 Gym – 1 (multi-functional stations for strength exercises, 17 height adjustments, Four 150lb weight stacks; Stations: 1) multi-press ‘shoulder, incline, chest, decline’, lat pull, tricep pushdown, 2) leg extension and leg curl, 3) bicep curl, low row, 4) cable crossover, 5) pull-up bar)
