The Meeting Room is used for all Board Meetings and various committee events.

Owners can reserve this room for private parties.

Room Location/Hours & Age Requirements:

The Meeting Room is located in the D building. Key code access.

 

General Rules of Use:

Many committees and activity groups use the meeting room and must reserve the room for their gatherings.

Everyone using the Meeting Room is responsible for their general safety, equipment use safety, and conduct of themselves and their minors.

 

No common element(s) may be used to the exclusion of other owners, their families, their guests and renters without the approval of Management.

To reserve the room for a private event/gathering/party:

  1. Submit a signed written request form (available from Management Office and on the website) to reserve common area for private parties. Reservation requests are recognized on a first-come, first-served basis.
  2. Approved common room reservations require a security deposit based on the number of people estimated for the event, a portion of the fee is withheld for floor cleaning, the balance refundable IF the room is left clean and orderly with no missing inventory, broken items or damage to the room. This includes cleaning of the refrigerator, stove, counters and sink, running garbage disposal and dishwasher, if used, and removal of all trash.
    • Scheduled sponsored Association events (through committees or recognized activity groups) are excluded from the deposit rule.
  3. You are responsible for room/site setup and cleanup for their events. If more tables/chairs are needed, please contact Management.
  4. Each committee and activity group can request Management room/site setup assistance based on availability. However, you should seek volunteers for room/site setup. The committee and activity groups are responsible for the cleanup of their events.
  5. All decorations for common areas and their installation need to be arranged and approved in advance by Management, and removed within 12 hours after a function.
  6. Please be considerate and clean up after the event when using community amenities.
  7. The Association assumes no liability for damages to personal items left in common areas or personal injury incurred in using the common areas.
