INTERNET/CABLE PROVIDER

Hotwire Communications is the BBC community provider for Internet and Cable services, also referred to as Fision. It is based on fiber optics delivered to each unit and common room.

GENERAL RULES OF USE

WIFI/Internet is provided in each common room and the pool area. WIFI is supported on the eero Pro device as the main wireless router/gateway. Owners can purchase eero Beacons to boost WIFI in any area of their condo.

Cable is provided on TVs in common rooms based on the association package.

You can download the Hotwire Fision App on mobile devices to watch your TV stations from the TVEverywhere service. After signing into the App, click on the My Fision option and then TVEverywhere (follow the prompts).

Management will post the access code and password for Owners/Renters. For security reasons, they can change the codes when necessary.
