FAQ

Who owns this community?

The Bonita Beach Club is a community owned by its residents. All management and financial issues are governed by an elected BOD serving two year terms.

What is the profile of those who reside at the BBC?

A majority of the community’s 198 units are occupied by seasonal owners. The owners represent a diverse range of ages and nationalities, with a significant proportion being married individuals aged between 40 and 70. While many of them are from the Midwest region, there are also owners from many states and various countries.

Are any of the units rented?

Several units are offered as monthly rental dwellings by their owners. Rental agreements are coordinated and managed by the owner or their chosen management company and are outside of the BBC’s administrative jurisdiction.

What sets the BBC apart from other beachfront communities?

Nestled at the end of a beautiful island, the BBC boasts an idyllic location with easy access to the stunning Gulf of Mexico. Our guests can relax in our swimming pool or play a game of tennis, pickleball or shuffleboard on our courts, all while soaking up breathtaking views of the sandy beach. The BBC offers multiple community rooms, PWC and bike storage. Our lush courtyard, bursting with blooms and greenery, creates a peaceful garden oasis where guests can unwind and recharge. Owners can become members of a separately managed boat slip association.
