Occupancy

Per Florida Statute

  • 1 Bedroom - 3 people maximum

  • 2 Bedroom - 5 people maximum

  • 3 Bedroom - 6 people maximum

Notes

Use of all available recreational facilities shall be at your own risk. All children 14 years of
age and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

Noise

Per City of Bonita Springs Noise Ordinance, please restrict decibel levels to a conversational volume
between the hours of 10:00pm and 8:00am.

Parking

All occupants shall park in assigned designated space or available guest space. Obey 12 mph speed limit
and traffic flow signs. Exit property via right gate only. A mandatory Parking Pass for all guest
vehicles must be requested and obtained in advance.

Carts

Transportation/Utility Carts are available for residential convenience and
should be returned immediately after use.

Railings

Please refrain from hanging, shaking, or throwing items on/over balcony railings.

Smoking

With the exception of designated smoking areas including; (a) near outdoor grills and, (b) private
residential units (granted owner’s express permission), smoking is prohibited within and around all BBC
areas.

Walkways

Please use walkways as the grass is chemically treated.

Pets

NO PETS ALLOWED without receipt of prior pre-approval for medical assistance animals.

Pool Rules:

  • Swim at your own risk – No Lifeguards.
  • Swimming from 8:00am until half hour after sunset.
  • Swim diapers are required for incontinent children and adults.
  • No diving.
  • No glass in pool or around pool deck.
  • No food or drink within pool deck 4-foot area.
  • Adult supervision required for children under 14.
  • Electronic devices must be used with headphones.
  • Towels and other personal/community property may not be used for the purpose of reserving tables, chairs, or lounges and, are subject to removal
  • Close umbrellas after use to prevent wind damage.
